  • Please take prior appointments for the Health Checkup at the hospital. This helps us serve you better.
  • Do not consume any food or alcohol at least 12 hours before the Checkup.
  • Do not consume anything except plain water in the morning.
  • Kindly bring samples of stool in a clean container when you come for the health check. You may use the container(s) from the hospital (only on specific tests).
  • Please bring all your previous medical records.
  • You may take your regular medicines as per your schedule in the morning.
  • Diabetics should not consume any anti-diabetic drug in the morning. You may carry the drug/insulin to be taken with breakfast.
  • Those advised Ultrasound scan of the abdomen/pelvis should be fasting for at least 6 hours and should have a full bladder at the time of scan.
