Eligibility

• The cardholder must be 60 years of age or above and provide a valid, government-issued ID as proof of age.

Validity & Enrollment

• The card is valid until 31st March 2028 and must be renewed to continue availing benefits.
• Only one individual per card may be enrolled.

Usage Guidelines

• The card is non-transferable and issued exclusively in the name of the registered user.
• Multiple offers cannot be combined under any circumstances.

Benefits & Limitations

• Discounts and benefits may vary depending on the service, hospital, and type of treatment.
• Certain exclusions may apply at the discretion of the hospital.

Verification Requirement

• The same ID proof submitted during enrollment must be presented at the time of registration to avail benefits.
