Annual Corporate Training Focuses on Service Delivery

The annual corporate training program for Consultants, RMOs, HoDs, Nursing, Technical, Paramedical, Security and Canteen staff, conducted at CARE Nagpur from 3rd – 6th February, focused on the importance of service delivery. The off-site training for HoDs on 5th February commenced with a talk by Mr Narendra Tappa on Service Delivery. Col Rajgopal (retd), CHR, spoke on the techniques and nuances of building team performance, while Mr Rajeev Chourey, VP – Quality presented a case study on the importance of service standards and Net Promoter Score. The session for Consultants was led by CEO Mr Dilip Jose sharing the future plans of CARE, and an activity based session by CHR, followed by a talk by Mr Anand Kasturi on “Delighting your Customers”. The day-long session for medical professionals was the first of its kind at Nagpur.
