Bio

She is presently the Quality Manager at the Department of Laboratory Medicine in Convenient Hospitals Ltd., Indore from 2014 onwards and maintains Quality of Testing as per National & International Standards (ISO 15189:2012) in Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Cytopathology, Histopathology and Molecular Biology. She is involved in the day-to-day activities of the Laboratory including the quality assurance programmes and regular training for the staff. She keeps updating herself on the newer aspects of Quality Management by attending training programmes regularly. She is also a Guide for dissertations and projects undertaken by Graduate and Post Graduate students from different colleges, at CARE CHL Hospitals, Indore, as a part of their curriculum.

She attended an online course on “Quality Control in Labs” conducted between January to April 2022 by MEU India (about 72 hours). She also participated as a delegate in the 2nd National Conference & Workshop on “Managing Quality” in Clinical Laboratories in 2018 at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. She undertook training on “Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Audit As per ISO 15189:2012 For Clinical Laboratories” at STQC Directorate, Govt of India, Department of Electronics & IT, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Jaipur in 2014. She also participated in and completed, a QCI Medical Laboratory Programme Seminar and Practical Workshop on Procedures Manuals by QCI, India in 2008.
