A life member of the Society of Emergency Medicine, India, Dr. Mathur brings deep expertise in emergency medicine and healthcare systems management. He has received advanced training from WISER, University of Pittsburgh, in the design and operation of healthcare simulation centres—skills that he has effectively applied to strengthen CARE’s emergency preparedness and clinical training protocols.
