As per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (Privacy Rules) and the Data Privacy and Security Policy of QCIL and its subsidiaries (Privacy Policy), Mr. Rajeev Chourey, V.P Quality & Accreditation is appointed as the Grievance Officer for data privacy till further communication.
