Mr. Vaibhav Joshi

Vaibhav Joshi is the Sr. Vice President – Finance at CARE Hospitals, leading the end-to-end finance function across the CARE Hospitals group. With over 22 years of diversified leadership experience in finance and business strategy, Vaibhav plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Before joining CARE Hospitals, he served as Group CFO at Globe Teleservices and NephroPlus. His previous roles also include Head - Finance at Maxrange Retail Pvt. Ltd. A transformation-focused leader, Vaibhav has successfully restructured and streamlined financial operations across organizations, contributing significantly to profitability, internal controls, and risk management.

Vaibhav is a Chartered Accountant (2005) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, USA). He completed the CFO Programme from IIM Calcutta and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Nagpur University. He has been honored with The Business World Best CFO 2024 award, The Economic Times' Emerging CFO 2024 award, and D&B's Finance Elite 2023 recognition for his outstanding contributions to the field.
