Gayathri is the Company Secretary at CARE Group of Hospitals. She Pursued CS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has qualified ICWA inter from The Institute of Cost accountants of India.

Gayathri brings on board 8 years of diverse experience in Secretarial matters, IRDAI Corporate Compliances, other substantive and procedural laws. In her previous role, Gayathri was working with Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited as an Assistant Company Secretary.

She provides comprehensive support to the business on secretarial issues. In addition, she fulfils secretarial requirements for corporate governance. Gayathri manages relationships with shareholder, build in-house legal capability and institutionalizes “compliance” awareness and the need for its adherence. Her role also spans across managing relationships with regulators at CARE Hospital within statutory and legal guidelines.
