Things to keep in mind

Below are the things you need to keep in mind when consuming grapes:

– Grapes are a healthy snack option for most people, but they are relatively high in sugar and calories. Therefore, it is important to consume them in moderation.
– People who are taking blood thinners should avoid consuming large amounts of grapes or grape juice as they may interfere with blood clotting.
– Some people may be allergic to grapes, so it is important to be cautious when introducing them into your diet.

Ansari concluded, “Grapes can be a healthy addition to a balanced diet, but they should be consumed in moderation, especially for people with diabetes. A varied diet that includes a range of fruits and vegetables is important for overall health and well-being”.
