Nutrient-rich: Spinach is packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins and minerals, which contributes to overall well-being.
Antioxidant properties: Spinach contains antioxidants that help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, potentially reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

Are there any risks of eating it every day?

Oxalates: Spinach contains oxalates, which can interfere with the absorption of minerals like calcium and may contribute to the formation of kidney stones in susceptible individuals. If you have a history of kidney stones, you may want to moderate your spinach intake.
Thyroid issues: Spinach is also high in goitrogens, which are compounds that can interfere with thyroid function. People with thyroid issues, particularly hypothyroidism, may want to moderate their intake of raw spinach.
Medication interactions: If you are taking blood-thinning medications or have concerns about nutrient interactions with specific medications, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional.
