Dr. Vivek Ashok Chourasia is the Consultant & HOD Physiotherapy at CARE hospitals in Nagpur. With 16 Yrs of experience in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Dr. Vivek Ashok Chourasia has given a new hope of ray to patients with disabilities or other physical health conditions. He did B.P.Th from the Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nasik (2005) and later pursued M.Ph.T from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur (2007), and PGDMLS from Symbiosis Pune (2011). 

Dr. Vivek Ashok Chourasia started as the Physiotherapist in Vardaan Child Welfare Association, Nagpur from January 2005 to March 2005. He also worked as the Physiotherapist in Sanatan Dharm Sabha Charitable Hospital in December 2004 to August 2005. Dr. Vivek Ashok Chourasia has been the HOD Physiotherapy Department Care Hospital Nagpur since 2009. He has rich experience in the Physiotherapy Management of all types of Orthopaedic (Musculoskeletal) Conditions, Cardiovascular – Respiratory Conditions (including Critical Care), Adult Neurological Conditions, Gynaecological and Obstetric Conditions, General Surgical Conditions, Major : Kidney Transplant, and Oenological Conditions. 

He conducted a study to evaluate the abdominal Muscle Strength of middle aged women between 25-40 yrs, and a survey to find out qualified Physiotherapists in Vidarbha Region. He conducted screening of sacroiliac joint dysfunction in asymptomatic subjects, and a comparative study between efficacy of conventional exercise program and Kaltenborn. He has used an exclusive mobilisation technique in patients with frozen shoulders.
