She is currently associated with CARE Hospitals, Bhubaneswar (Quality Care India), where she provides comprehensive pediatric care with a special focus on pediatric allergy, asthma, respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, adolescent health, and preventive child healthcare.

She is a National Faculty for the IAP-ICP AI in Pediatrics Certificate Course, Associate Editor of Cureus Medical Journal, and a National Trainer for the Asthma Module by IAP National Respiratory Chapter (IAP-NRC). Dr. Panda is also a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and the Indian College of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (ICAIM).

An accomplished academician, Dr. Panda has authored 12 indexed national and international scientific publications.
