Brief Profile

Dr. Mallikarjuna Reddy is the best urologist in Hyderabad with over three decades of experience in the field of Urology. He completed his MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College,  Andhra Pradesh, and MS in General Surgery from the renowned Postgraduate  Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. He further pursued MCh in Genitourinary Surgery from Osmania Medical College, NTR  University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, and received his DNBE in  Genitourinary Surgery, from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He is a fellow of the European Board of Urology.

He has pioneered the laparoscopic techniques of ureteric re-implantation for VUR in children and has expertise in many other urological procedures both in adults and children. Robotic-assisted kidney transplant, laser surgery for the removal of stones, laser prostatectomy, stricture diseases reconstruction, bladder reconstruction, hypospadias, pelvic ureteric junction (PUJ) obstruction,  undescended testes, obstruction of the kidney are some of the areas where he has proven his excellence.

Apart from his clinical practice, he is actively involved in medical research and academic work. He has attended numerous conferences, forums, and training programs. He has conducted various CMEs in India and the most recent was a collaborative CME with the European Society of  Pediatric Urology.
