Dr. G.P.V Subbaiah is the Associate Clinical Director (Spine Surgery) at CARE Hospitals, HITEC City, Hyderabad. With over 22 years of experience in the medical field, he is considered the best Spine Surgeon in Hyderabad. He did his MBBS from Andhra Medical College, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India (1986 -1992). He got his MS degree in orthopaedics from Guntur Medical College, Andhra Pradesh, India (1994-1997). 

Dr. Subbaiah worked as a consultant spine surgeon at Global Hospitals, Hyderabad, and Sunshine Hospitals. He was a fellow in Spine Surgery Schulthess Klinik, Zurich, Switzerland (01-10-2001 to 31-12-2001). He was also a clinical fellow in Spine Surgery, Huddinge University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden (01-01-2002 to 30-06-2002). Dr. Subbaiah worked as a specialist in Spine Surgery, Huddinge University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden (01-07-2002 Till Jan 2005). 

Dr. Subbaiah has conducted around 3000 spine surgeries in various disciplines like fixations, deformity correction, MAST (Minimal Access Spinal Technologies) & the recent trend in spine surgeries like dynamic stabilization.

He has done remarkable works for the benefit of society. Dr. Subbaiah has been rewarded with many awards and medals like Basic Science Award, ETHIRAJULU MEMORIAL GOLD MEDAL, Gold medal for paper presentation, having stood first in a quiz contest, for achieving the highest marks in microbiology and many more.
