It is said that they remove substances that spoil health. It is pointed out that most people (80-85 percent) around the world use refined oils. However, physical as well as chemical processing is mandatory in the manufacture of refined oil. Which cooking oils are good, can refined oil be used?
There are four major stages in the manufacture of refined oil.
They are degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorizing. During these stages, the oils undergo various chemical treatments.
It is heated at a high temperature (200 to 400 degrees Celsius).
In degumming, a chemical called hexane is used in this process to separate the gum-like substance (frospatides) present in crude oils. Even if you try to remove it in the next stage, traces will remain. The second step is the neutralization process
Fatty acids are removed in this. It is also known as 'Chemical Refining'.
This method is mostly used for vegetable oil refining.
After treating the crude oil with phosphoric acid, caustic sodium hydroxide) solutions are neutralized.
Then a frothy substance floats on top of the oil.
Some impurities are removed by the centrifuge process. After that the oil is deodorized. Here, the oil is heated at a temperature of 240 to 260 degrees Celsius and the Adar vrasana) is removed from it. So some more treatments are done in these four stages. Six types of chemicals are used. On the whole, after the refined oil produced by these processes comes out, it is packed in plastic covers and bottles.
Refined oil made like this has no color, taste or smell of oil. All oils are the same. Don't get stuck. Do not spoil for years. Some companies add essence to the smell. Oil manufacturing companies say that they use the refining method to remove free fatty acids, phospholipids, oxidized products, metal ions, color pigments, and other impurities from crude oils. It is said that vitamin E is not lost due to refining and the oil can be fully extracted from the seed. They advertise that the entire refining process is done as per SSSA Prudential Safety and Standards Authority of India standards.
Traditional music
Oils are essential oils.. oils that come from generation to generation. These are made naturally. Castor oil is rich in nutrients. Especially antioxidants, vitamin-E, omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids, bioflavonoids. Now the demand for castor oil is increasing. That is why Ganuga oil manufacturing centers are being set up. Some are making oil at home by bringing machines online.. There are methods of extracting essential oils in traditional methods. Plows, oxen, calves and donkeys are tied to a yoke and seeds are added to the ganuga and rotated round. Then the seeds split open and the oil comes out. RBM (recitations per minute) is less when playing Ganuga. When two or three revolutions per minute.. the temperature is not released much. As a result, nutrients are not lost in the oil. But now there Traditional music are current driven machines. Its RPM is slightly higher. It contains almost all the nutritional value of castor oil. Various oils are extracted from palli, sesame, black sesame, safflower, mustard, linseed, almond, coconut and castor seeds in Mission Ganuga. If the seeds are taken, there are oil centers. Especially in the centers that sell organic products, oil is removed before the eyes with organic seeds.
Do not use the same type of oil
Mustard seed oil is used in Punjab and Haryana, Cotton seed oil in Gujarat, Palli and Sesame oil in southern states, and Coconut oil in Kerala. Once upon a time, they used a lot of the same type of oil. With globalization, transparency, and increasing health consciousness among people, people are showing interest in various oils. The use of coconut oil has also increased in our areas, where palli and sesame oils are commonly used. Also, some say safflower is good for health. She uses various oils like sunflower (supplivar), and rice bran are used. All kinds of oils are available in the market now. Along with vegetable oils, animal fat is also used in some dishes. In the days when vegetable oils were not available, animal fat was used. They were healthy. That is why ghee is also said to be used in cooking. Especially cow ghee is said to be good for health. However, HealthExpa says that it is better to always change the oil, whether it is pure oil or refined oil. Cold pressed (Ganuga) oils are very good for health. The preparation of these oils is labor intensive. That's why the rates are high. But using these oils makes it healthy Maybe, depending on the health issues, using oils is better these days. But essential oils are good for the heart. People are buying refined oils at a lower rate. Also it is good to change the oils occasionally.
