With over two decades of experience in Human Resource Management, Organisation, and Talent Management across a broad range of businesses including Healthcare, Business Consulting and Advisory, IT & ITES, Manufacturing, Publishing and Information Services, Education Management, Edu-Tech, Digital Health, and E-commerce, he brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to his role.

He has held key HR positions in renowned organisations such as Pearson, American University, and Moser Bear India in the past. He was last with Aster DM Healthcare as the Associate Vice President and Head HR at Aster DM Healthcare managing the Corporate Human Resources, Head HR for the Retail and E-commerce, and all new businesses to ensure the success and growth of the group. 

Dr. Amit Singh is a Bachelors in Dental Surgery from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (VSDCH) Bangalore, Executive Program in Management from IIM-Kolkata, and is an alumnus of the Rotterdam School of Management, Rotterdam, Netherlands through their Postgraduate-Diploma and Advanced Management & Leadership, which is amongst the best business schools across Europe. 

With his extensive experience and expertise with healthcare, Digital Health and Technology, E-commerce, Edu-Tech sectors, Dr. Amit plays a crucial role in leading the Human Resources, Talent, and Organisational Development at the CARE Group of Hospitals.
